Phil Broker is a former DEA agent who has gone through a crisis after his appeal against a biker gang has gone horribly wrong and cost , the life of her children's clothing. He was widowed and left last times of a girl of nine years, Maddy. He decides to take the turbulent life and seeking the thrill of Maddys grace and retreats to a small town. His daughter is fighting a guy who was bullied at school and it sets a turn of events that result in its direct confrontation , with local drug lord Methodology in motion.
