In RoboCop, the year is 2028 and the international conglomerate OmniCorp at the center of robot technology. Abroad, their drones have been used by the military for years - and its bottom line arwyddocâdi billions OmniCorps. Now OmniCorp are eager to bring their technology is so controversial at home, and they see a golden opportunity to do so. When Alex Murphy (Joel KINNAMAN) - loving husband, father and good cop doing his best to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit - was seriously injured in the line of duty, OmniCorp saw their opportunity to be part man, part-robot policeman.
